Holiday destinations in Spain: Where do we most like to travel to these days?
3/31/2026
Spain captivates us with its sunshine, diversity and lifestyle, but the specific destination we choose changes from year to year 🌍.
Currently, the most popular destinations are:
- 🌅The Balearic Islands: Mallorca and Menorca are true gems. Crystal-clear waters, idyllic beaches and romantic coves mean that these islands attract crowds of tourists every year, not only in search of a party, but also of a peaceful break surrounded by nature.
- 🌋The Canary Islands: ideal at any time of year. Tenerife, Gran Canaria and Lanzarote are destinations that guarantee good weather and unique landscapes: black sand beaches, volcanoes and incredible sunsets.
- 🏛️Andalusia: for lovers of culture, flamenco and warm weather! Seville, Córdoba, Granada and Málaga are not only beautiful cities, but also treasures of history, delicious cuisine and incredible architecture.
- ☀️Costa del Sol: a classic that never gets boring! Marbella, Nerja, Estepona… The ideal spot for a relaxing holiday under the palm trees, strolls along the promenade and tapas with sea views.
- 🏖️Costa Blanca: hugely popular with the general public, but increasingly favoured by Poles! Alicante, Torrevieja and Benidorm attract not only tourists but also people looking for a permanent home. Plenty of sunshine, low prices and excellent infrastructure
- 🏖️Costa Cálida: increasingly popular with Poles! La Manga, Cartagena and San Pedro del Pinatar attract not only tourists but also people looking for a permanent home. Plenty of sunshine, low prices and excellent infrastructure
🧭Interestingly, more and more tourists are choosing less obvious destinations, such as Almería, Murcia or Spanish Galicia, far from the crowds and closer to authenticity and the local atmosphere
When planning a trip to Spain, it’s worth keeping an eye not only on the weather but also on current trends, as this country offers much more than just beaches and sangria
