The developer standard in Spain is completely different from that in Poland. In most properties, we have fully finished homes: terracotta flooring, tiled walls, built-in wardrobes, fully finished and furnished bathrooms including shower screens, vanity units, and sometimes mirrors. Kitchens are fully prepared and equipped with furniture. Depending on the developer and property, some appliances are also included, usually an oven, induction hob, sink, and extractor hood. In the case of more expensive or luxury properties, kitchens are fully equipped, including all appliances.

Some developers also offer furniture packages at very diverse prices; sometimes, the value of a furniture package can reach up to 30,000 euros for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment.

In our opinion, these amounts are sometimes too high. We offer our clients the option to choose furniture from a catalog and directly from the warehouse – furniture in various styles and colors, along with delivery, installation, and assembly services.

You have the option to choose furniture packages here in Spain, with a large warehouse near Benidorm and an exhibition space where you can touch and experience the items!

However, if you are planning a much larger scope of changes than just choosing furniture, a good option is to use the services of an interior designer. One who works and resides in Spain.

The renovation and construction team, of course, holds all the necessary Spanish permits, so there are no issues with subsequent filings, inspections, or changes with service providers, such as increasing connection capacity with the energy supplier.
