If you decide to purchase, write to us or call 2-3 weeks before your planned arrival or flight. We will arrange an investment visit. It’s best if your stay lasts at least 2-4 days. This time is optimal for exploration, especially if it’s your first visit to the sunny coast. Once you decide to purchase, we will have time for formalities, such as opening an account or visiting a notary in Spain.

For developer investments, i.e., in the primary market, we work on the coasts of Costa Valencia, Costa Blanca, and Costa Calida from Valencia through Alicante to Mar de Pulpi. These are large distances, so visits are planned in advance.
