Each villa is equipped with a 20 m² private swimming pool, private parking, pre-installation for air conditioning and a spacious garden. An optional basement is available in shell condition &#8211; concrete and brick walls, two light points and polished concrete floor. The basement includes pre-installation for water, sewage and split air-conditioning, but does not include staircase tiles, plaster, paint or false ceilings.

Many of the restaurants use local ingredients, so the food is always fresh and tasty.

Benijófar &#8211; an excellent base for lovers of outdoor activities. The surrounding trails lead through picturesque landscapes, citrus groves and olive groves.
